With coming up (20th – 24th February), London’s food and drink scene are looking to feed attendants with low calorie meals and couture cocktails. Here are some of the spots and offers people can take advantage of this Fashion Week.
Quaglino’s
Quaglino are celebrating supermodel legends with a selection of cocktails named after well known celebrity supermodels (Running till the 24th February):
Evangelista’s Touch £12.50 – A twist on the classic American Whiskey sour, treated with rich Ratafia Evangelista. Marquis Vodka shaken with fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup served over cubed ice with an Evangelista float.
Tyramisu Banks £12.50 – Patron XO tequila shaken with amaretto, mascarpone cheese, sugar syrup and a shot of espresso.
Alessandra’s Brandy £12.50 – Hennessy fine de Cognac shaken with Cacao white liquor and a touch of double cream. Served straight up and garnished with grated nutmeg.
Lima Sour £12.50 – Abba Pisco and Italian rhubarb bitters shaken with fresh lemon juice sugar treacle and a dash of egg white, served straight up in a sours glass. Beautiful!
Candice’s Treat £12.50 – Koink’s Tail Vodka infused with Jelly Beans, shaken with Lemon juice, sugar and a touch of lavender. Garnished with a marshmallow.
Heidi Plum £12.50 – Miclo Mirabelle Plum Brandy combined with Lime, fresh Mandarin and Elderflower with a Pedro Ximenez float. Served straight up.

‘Maze’
Michelin star restaurant ‘Maze’ will be running ‘Runway Fuel’ (20-24th February). A low calorie sushi bar. One of the dishes on offer is their Tuna mango California rolls (Fresh crab topped with tuna and crispy croutons, finished with rocket cress and a drizzle of truffle oil).
Cocktail fans can also indulge in a Runway Fuel Martini. A fruity, fresh cocktail of Vodka, Goji berries, Acai powder, Gurana, Gingseng, Grapefruit, Lemongrass and Orange.

Glass: Martini glass / Garnish: Edible flower floating on the drink’s surface.
Ingredients:
- 50ml energy vodka.
- 50ml pink Grapefruit.
- Lemongrass.
- 1/4 tsp Stevia leaf sweetner.
- 3 dashes orange bitters.
To make Energy Vodka:
- 1 bottle of Vodka.
- 50 dried Goji berries.
- 1 tsp Acai powder.
- 1 Guarana and Gingseng tablet.
Method:
- To make the vodka, add all ingredients to a large, deep bowl then pour vodka over the ingredients and cover with cling film. leave to infuse for a week at room temperature. Fine strain the vodka to remove the bits then re-bottle.
- To make the cocktail, slice the lemongrass into small pieces and add to a Boston cocktail shaker.
- Muddle the lemongrass hard to release the flavour.
- Add the stevia sweetener, pink grapefruit juice, energy vodka and orange bitters.
- Add ice and shake the cocktail hard.
- Fine strain into frozen martini glass.
- Add flower for garnish.

‘Salvatore’s Bar’
‘Salvatore’s Bar’ Will be paying homage to fashion icon Coco Chanel with their cocktail The Iconic No.5. The Salvatore, which has served some of the world’s leading supermodels has made this cocktail to embody the glamour and sophistication of London Fashion Week.
How are they making the icon? 50ml Vodka, 25ml Elderflower liqueur, 20ml fresh lemon juice, shaken with ice. It is then strained into a chilled coupe glass, topped with champagne foam and garnished with a tiny fried rose and a spritz of Chanel on its stem.
‘Salvatore’s Bar’ secret tip is to make the champagne foam by mixing flat champagne with sugar to make a syrup, then to add egg white and charge it all with CO2 in a soda siphon. those without all that can simply visit the Salvatore over London Fashion Week where members. and non-members alike will be welcome to sample the drink. Open 5pm – till late.

‘Sixty One Restaurant’
The chef at ‘Sixty One Restaurant’ Patron Arnaud Stevens and his team will be serving an exquisite lunch menu throughout London Fashion Week (20-24th February).
This will include starters like: Braised Octopus with Avacado, Pine Nuts and Wood Sorrel; mains such as steamed Salmon, Baby Spinach, Pickled Apple and Crispy Kale and Puddings like: Braeburn Apple with Speculoos Biscuit and Coconut oil Sorbet. The perfect way to fuel a body for a day of fashion shows and after parties. Included in the price is one of their cocktails.
Spring Collection: a pale pink tipple which blends rum with celery, peach, agave syrup and fresh lime.
Viviennita: a lively orange concoction that packs a punch with Tequila olmeca Blanco, Agave Syrup, Carrot, Ginger, Fresh Lime and Rosemary.
