El Celler de Can Roca │ The Best Restaurant in the World

El Celler de Can Roca, a restaurant in Girona, Spain with three Michelin stars, was last night named the World’s Best Restaurant for the first time by Restaurant magazine. The restaurant, which is headed up by three brothers: Josep, Jordi and Joan Roca has made it onto the list for the past eight years, and has been in second place for the past two years.

The Syngenta Photography Award │ ‘Rural-Urban’ at Somerset House

The Syngenta Photography Award is a new international accolade which will be awarded to one of six finalists from six different countries.

Campo Viejo Festival │ Bringing the Streets of Spain to Southbank

The Streets of Spain Festival will be brought to London’s Southbank Centre from the 3rd to the 6th of May by the major Spanish wine brand, Campo Viejo. The four-day celebration will run from 10.30am to 7pm and will offer a taste of authentic Spain through food, wine, art, and other explorations of Spanish ideals and values.

Hyperlink at Tate Modern │ Young at [He]Art

Hyperlink is a fresh and exciting festival which will take place from Friday 26th – Sunday 28th of April at Tate Modern London. Focusing specifically on the talents of young artists, the busy weekend schedule will showcase original work from different disciplines, including, installations, interactive visuals, musical performances and even workshops.

The 2013 Sony World Photography Awards │ A Year in Pictures

This year’s annual Sony World Photography Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner are set to take place at London’s Hilton, Park Lane, on Thursday 25th of April. The corresponding exhibition, showcasing the magnificent works of the finalists and the winners, will then be held at Somerset House from the 26th of April – 12th of May.
