Royal Academy | Radical Geometry: Modern Art of South America

The Royal Academy of Arts has once again, opened its doors to a unique and dynamic exhibition this summer. Radical Geometry is currently showcasing South American art spanning from the 1930s to the 1970s, featuring art from Uruguay, Argentina, Brazil and Venezuela.

Christie’s London | Tracey Emin ‘My Bed’ sold for £2.5 million

Cypriot-English artist, Tracey Emin’s notorious installation, ‘My Bed,’ 1998, sold for £2.5 million at the Christie’s Post-War and Contemporary Art Evening Auction in London. Emin’s ‘My Bed’ was her first readymade artwork and is a depiction of turmoil that captures a period of her life where she suffered a traumatic end to her relationship leading into suicidal depression.
