• Cameron Cooler – A gin based basket of botanicals and flowers, with a nod of scotch.
• Clegg Passion – A rum based cocktail, which is spicy and embraces European ingredients
• Miliband Muddle – Tequila, pomegranate, melon and a large dash of rhubarb bitters

Part of the interior design will be a tricoloured cushion and blanket arrangement coloured either blue, red or yellow. The colour used will indicate the best selling cocktail of the day. Founder has always had a keen interest in politics, having been raised by a leader of the liberal democrats in Teeside.

‘M Restaurant’ is a versatile 15,000 square foot space and is his first venture since leaving his role as Managing Director of Gaucho restaurants.
